the difference is that these are in fact NOT AI by definition. They are merely Large Language Models which only give similar outputs of contrasts and colours they have distilled from art work that share tags with a prompt. A true "AI" would be mimicking if not genuinely experiencing a moment of awe at art and through trial and error although likely faster than a human by several magnitudes be able to create rather than replicate.
