I'm not worried about AI. For a lot of problems you highlighted. Specifically the "art attribution" issue. For example, there's nothing stopping me from making a fully rendered image of Mickey Mouse and selling prints of it - except for a little thing called "Disney." This is the reason AI art will become an issue when used professionally. Especially as artists themselves start using AI to identify art in use and issue automated cease and desist letters.
In the end, humans self edit themselves. AI does not have that ability and if the human doing the prompting doesn't have the ability then they will risk copyright infringement. AI Art is perfect for memes and frankly will be left to that for a good while.
