Well, the answer actually should be very obvious. People want to create stuff using their own skills. Not type a few words and boom, it's done. No. Art is about creating something the way you want, you can describe all you want to the AI, but it cannot produce the artwork just the way YOU envisioned it. For me personally, the most important thing in art is learning to draw, seeing the results become better the more you draw. It's not the same as writing some words and pressing a button. That's just boring. Sometimes picking an easier option is just not the best idea.
