PDATE AGI hasn't been established yet, but AI isn't sentient as we all have been led to believe it is. Surely you have noticed this by what is being put out on the internet, movies, TV etc.... It makes no difference what you they call it or how advanced it is because the result isn't the same. It's all based on input and extraction in real time. Possession on the other hand is something completely different but that's a much deeper topic and there are many documented proofs of people have experienced such anomalies. They will tell you AGI is sentient just as they did with AI but the bottom line machines cannot think for themselves. Ray Kurzweil has admitted this himself. I heard it from him in video's where many at the highest levels in the industry openly admitted this. There a a few YouTube videos out there speaking about "The AI Bubble Burst". These people don't hold back why they know for sure the AI Bubble is about to burst. Once the great reset kicks in there will be no need for them to paint a picture of what will be regarding independent thinking machines operating under their own steam. Yes, there many new technologies that are coming out and even more mind blowing technologies in the very near future. Here is the full definition of what the AI's prime objectives is: Think motion.
