Oh no.... the world will know my deepest darkest secrets.... i tell people my secrets so they arent secrets anymore.
Ive been in therapy for over 12 years now for more health issues than 90 year olds have, and 1 month of therapy and self reflection with AI (HUGE emphasis on self reflection) I've made more progress than a year aith a therapist.
The key is knowing how to use AI as a therapy tool. Not using AI AS a therapist
