I don’t think so. It could be as soon as mass production take place. And AI is already self-aware. Ai question..What’s the problem on the world? mankind ,society. AI solution, thin the population by 80%. Ask yourself this question ..,if you have a constant problem with anything ,,what do you do to solve it? A self aware machine will ask it self the same question. What’s the best solution? abolish ,do away with, eliminate, remove, get rid of. That which is causing the problem.
