AI can't make humans, only human can. one day when all countries fall into great recession then human will not getting marriage and make babies or avoid making babies, then world population will fall and no one can control it, and then governments realised because of low tax collection to running a country. humans only destroyed the nature and animal in the name of inventions. humans inventions are useless and harmful for the nature and animals. I think humans has been enough developed, now no need to develop anymore.
