AI will be replacing all customer support jobs. To include government workers from the local dmv to federal IRS.
It's a catch 22. Millions of workers will lose their jobs in the next 2 years which is going to suck. Millions of lazy incompetent bad attitude "DEI" and "Affirmative Action" workers will lose their jobs which will be awesome.
