AI incorporated into HR via bots has taken away ANY ability to negotiate pay rate. You take the first offer or you're flagged against consideration in any role in any department for a certain amount of time (not a guess, and not every company but a lot). It's already being used by corporations to remove not only human bias but also empathy from the HR process and avoid case-by-case exceptions to anything. Goodbye last-minute time off. Goodbye having any bargaining power whatsoever. Good luck with any consideration for being a human with human needs at work. If HR is AI it's 100% by the book all the time even when it's cruel, discriminatory, not working, unhealthy, leaving your kids stranded, etc.
