there is a extremely dire need to introduce seriosuly strict regulations for AI, specifically what its allowed to be used for and what it's allowed to be trained on, and there need to be strict laws for where and how big data centers is allowed to be and how much power they are allowed to use and how much noise they are allowed to make.
