1:16:05 Interesting. This hypothesis is essentially an echo of what is said in this passage here; Romans 2:14,15. For context, "the law" is the intuitive moral/ethical code that all humans instinctively possess due to have been made in God's image (Genesis 1:27). Essentially, whether someone believes in God or not a fundamental code of morals/ethics has been pre-programmed into the human psyche. Free Will ( an aspect of Chaos Theory?) can disrupt and subvert the moral code but a healthy society governed by social disipline (law) can restore balance to the innate algorithmic code of human morality.
