It is useful for some tasks in Excel etc... in Chat bots on websites, they appear to be very poor. Companies should sit back and relax, wait for the bleeding edge to damage your competition, then adopt when it's actually been useful. Obviously consumers use it to generate guff and pretty pictures. You also have the issue of these platforms being owner and influenced by a few billionaires that might have their own agendas (e.g. Musk)
