When it stalled at the green light, I would've bailed. Suppose some driver was too close and rear-ended it. BOOM. Collision. Waymo is not misbehaving in a vacuum. It can affect other drivers who then do unpredictable things. No onboard computer can be programmed to anticipate the random behavior of other drivers.
