I'm an expert in Cerner CCL (significantly more robust functionality than SQL) and to your point in the beginning (integration of code with other systems), AI is so far behind in the integration part. Plus, there are legitimate reasons why coding in different systems are coded a certain why (technical limitations), and that certain way is likely not "ideal" in traditional coding sense. This requires human intuition and historical knowledge to ultimately solve the coding issue, not AI
