It was fresh to hear the contrary to the idea that AI is purely automated, Hao highlights the "crisis playbook" companies use to exploit desperate populations for manual labor. The story of the Kenya workers suffered severe PTSD after filtering traumatic content for the Ai company really got me to be more aware on the hidden cost of these AI tools.
