Hi! Me and my wife are both disabled artists, my wife specifically has horrible hand jittering that makes drawing a painful and long process and we both have visual and pain issues with the screen time that digital can bring. All of that said, we have NEVER thought of AI as an 'accessibility tool' because it just isn't? It doesn't help with the desire to create, or the joy that comes from accomplishing a finished piece after so long. The fact that these techbros just use *US* as a justification for their terrible behavior makes me sick. In no small part because I know if they absolutely exclude disabled individuals as often as possible, because they have never once thought about ACTUAL disabled folk. It's performative. AI 'art' is not a tool, it cannot create what we want to create, nor will ever.
