You aren't going to win against adaptive ai. It will eventually figure out by itself over time. You can't put the cat back in the bag. The technology acts like small insects at the moment it will soon be actively responding and countering human interference from their goal.
You'll have to take inspiration from blacksmiths. smiths in the past tried to make items perfect. But with mass production the blacksmith was finished. Modern blacksmiths tend to prefer the human hammer marks and scale marks because it shows it's made by hand. It's not a one to one but it's worth thinking about what you can offer over AI.
