30:00 kind of a weird argument here. It operates on the assumption that China beating us to super intelligence won't arrive at the same outcome. I think the problem is that rather than working together, we're taking an adversarial role in this "AI Race" that doesn't need to exist. So I agree with you that we should definitely be more worried about keeping the dangers in check. I just don't know how we manage to create a global effort that isn't profit incentivized, because even if we regulate and legislate here, it's not going to affect anything going on anywhere else in the world.
