There are many good arguments against AI art, but saying that it "steals" art is not one of them. AI works by scanning lots of art to help itself understand how to make art. It's not stealing anything-- just analyzing. That's like saying that I am stealing art if I see someone else's art and am inspired to take an aspect of that to use in my own.
