I do believe that AI actually thinks. For example, when you ask Google a question, it will always give you a very long and well written comprehensive answer to your question. And yes, I know that its answers are derived from information gathered from the most popular/viewed websites. But the AI responses given are never taken directly word for word from these sites; their answers are always re-written in their own way. So that makes me believe that AI actually does think. It HAS to in order to keep giving out original written responses like that.
