That said, calling it "Autopilot" is extremely misleading. "Enhanced Cruise Control" is a much better term. Really the most accurate way to phrase it is a co-pilot that has 360 degree vision and is really good at spotting other vehicles and pedestrians, but is clueless when it comes to random objects that have ended up on the road.
