For those wondering, the reason the ChatGPT voice is using words like umm and err and breathing is because it's a human that is voicing the bot. If that wasn't obvious enough, I assure you that the bot would not plug advertisements.
Plus, the OP had several pauses in which the chatgpt would believe you were done speaking and go off on a tangent about absolutely nothing. Trust me, the bot isn't sophisticated enough to acknowledge your speech patterns yet.
