I don't think that a human taking inspiration from and a robot copying another artists style is the same.
A human isn't directly copying the style of the artist, it will have some major differences, and will be influenced by the humans other inspirations and personal preferences.
The robot doesn't have these thoughts or preferences. It only has the vague words put into it. Stealing directly from human art with no new ideas added to it.
There's no thoughts behind the AI "art", no meaning, beliefs, statements, or emotions. All of which can be found in human art. The meaning behind art is what makes it art. AI "art" cannot and does not have that same emotion.
