Rider and Tesla driver here. It’s the driver at fault. Anyone who owns a tesla knows the limitations of the software, there is an on screen prompt every time you use it. Blast through a junction with old fashioned cruise control engaged, is it the car or driver at fault, tesla do not yet have automated driverless cars, the max we have right now is FSD beta and it is limited to a small percentage of testers. Some assumptions were made in this video its not all facts which is a shame for FortNine credibility. Real truth is car drivers including tesla drivers need to remain aware and vigilant on the roads.
