Are you implying that a new groundbreaking technology that is extremely expensive and almost impossible to scale at a profitable rate should just explode overnight? If you’re looking for an explosion, just wait and see where Tesla Robotaxi is in two years? There is cheap as a regular car to make. They can be made faster than a regular car. They can be updated with over the air updates like no car can be, and they look like regular cars and use considerably less technology that can fail, i.e. sonar, radar, radar, etc.. It’s like the early transition from horse and buggy to cars in New York City and making the argument in year one if these cars are so great how come they haven’t replaced all the horses.? And then 10 years later, they’re passing a law saying you can’t have a horse downtown because it’s too unsafe. People literally were burning their carriages because they couldn’t even sell them. So it’s all about the timing. Currently Waymo makes very expensive car that they cannot scale. Also, it is recently been alleged that Waymo cars have Tele drivers monitoring them. Which, of course, again would make it unscalable. So until they have a technology that removes the Tele drivers and lowers the price to somewhere around an average car. There will be no explosion. Tesla on the other hand seems to have all of the pieces in place. They have a car that when it runs on full self driving in an area where it has been trained. Well, it is around five times to 10 times safer than a human driver. All they need then is more training miles for the other areas where they want to expand. And according to several analysts, Tesla is very close to getting all of the training miles they need and they already have all of the compute power for that training. But Josh, I’m sure you already know all this. Is your clientele anti-Elon Musk? Are you funded by organizations that have an ax to grind? I’m not quite sure what your angle is here. Your videos are fun and you’re producing them quickly which I appreciate. But your ideology does not seem like maximum truth seeking.
