If Elon Musk says something we must believe him? Ask the people who fired competent people over the AI hype. AI is not replacing us so fast... AI usage brings restrictions which are not apparent at first sight. If AI takes all jobs then the "owners" of AI will not be generous to all humanity, letting us live freely off their product. A society with no workforce will not survive, at least not in the way we live today: who will be the customers if people do not have jobs and high enough income to spend their money on the market?
