I hate this arguement that "ai is just a tool". A tool Is an instrument, useless without human precision and passion. A tool by itself cannot create, that Is why it is a tool and not a creator. Tools require human guidance, and ai is not a tool. Ai does not need to be lovingly guided to create, ai itself can create. And only by stealing the creations of others. This Is why in my opinion, ai is not a tool, its a short cut people take for creating easily. A path cut straight ahead made up of the effort of others. Part of creation and it's beauty is not just the result, but the painstaking effort put into making it, that's where artists put their soul into their work. Ai removes it by making it effortless, removing it of its "soul". Creation cannot come with out effort, and the more effort you put in, the better your art will come out. When you put so little effort into your "work" as to using ai, the results reflect that in less quality.
