at 11:30 I would like to see his source on this. A lot of the LLM's that produce text about "their thought process" are not actually sharing their thought process and instead just sharing text that makes the user happy. They will say they counted the R's in "strawberry" but it isn't true they only worked with a tokenized input the tokenization kind of makes it so that their "problem solving" isn't anything like ours. LLMs are always inferring and anything else they tell you is a lie.
