I have already solved the safety issue. its very simple we just assign all AI a private/public encryption key and hard code the AI to periodically authenticate itself with a global server system and if it doesnt or if it starts to misbehave, the global server system revokes the AI's ability to authenticate and viola, it shuts down. and you isolate its power supply from the the AI. Solved! I find it impossible to believe these genius' havent figured this out!
