A while back, I read an article about how easy it is to make these AI chat programs produce false information. Generally, they don't check the validity of the prompt. One produced a long and authoritative article on the history of bears in space flight. Another, when asked to describe the plot of the _Harry Potter_ series, confidently stated that it is about the romance between Harry Potter and Ron Weasley.
This is just an updated repeat of people blindly obeying GPS devices and getting their cars stuck on bike trails or railroad tracks.
