Autopilot is an ADAS system the same as on all other cars and the driver is responsible at all times. If the car crashes it's the drivers fault. It is not the same as autonomous driving which is FSD (Supervised) which again is 'Supervised' and the driver is responsible at all times. You can't blame the car if the driver is not in control.
