She's basically just saying "lets have our already bias machine AI hire people who fit our filters". Alienating and prejudice-ly choosing people they want, not whom they may need, to improve business. How long would it be before companies have access to your liked youtube videos and topics of discussion on social media so they make sure you talk and think the way they want? They already fire people for comments on the internet. Why not just make it so they don't even have to hire you if you have any dissenting opinion towards their potential business practices? Yep, sounds like a great plan, haha this is laughably stupid.
