But...When you have no one to talk to, and you honestly don't care if people knew about your problems, It certainly doesn't make a difference, AI has helped me a lot and still is, so if people can't talk to trusted ones or don't have ones, they really ought to use it, I mean what's better , living or just sulking to perish silently...
