I might be in a minority but I love the trippy surreal AI mashups and many are very beautiful and even really interesting to look at when not.
How different would AI art be if we "trained them" with real world, real time video, build in various "brushes" and tools to simulate various tools used to make art, and then used fun crazy reality bending propmts? Maybe not as "pretty" without the master's styles+techniques to clone and blend but I imagine it would still be pretty amazing to look at. And then have human "collective intelligence" rate the art to teach the AI what we generally like.
