This illustrates nicely why I do not fear A.I. It cannot replace humans, it is simply another tool, to be used well or used poorly... by people. The first rule of any tool; use your mind first... this idiot mindlessly obeyed a machine and paid the price. What I fear is that; stupid, foolish or even dishonest people in positions that require higher standards, not lowered standards. Of late we have a lot of folks in some VERY high offices being held to VERY low standards... or none at all.
Not even going to start on the deeper issue of accountability and the "recent" trend of people only doing the right thing when afraid of consequences. Do right simply because it is right.
