He has no idea what he is talking about, just a bunch of generic comments "moving faster, its bigger, better and soon can happen", this is just his hunch seeing how good AI became over past few years....
The issue is, that economic systems are not perfectly rational, human driven systems are always human centric, and this happens because humans keep their interest above everything, AI will become significant, but employment is a highly political decision and companies significantly focus on fair representations to keep a balance...
