Customer support jobs will stick around. I absolute hate getting AI chat bots when I call up tech support. They are not helpful and everyone I know agrees with me. They don't want anymore customers go ahead, replace them with chatbots. I've already closed my citibank account for another bank that actually has humans when I call.
