AI is just a reason, the main thing is they are offshoring most jobs. why pay a worker 150,000(insurance+medical+support staffs+etc in cost), than hire a $20,000 asian worker on a contract in which you dont have to pay him any benefits and the offshore worker is treated like a commodity.
