This idea is a workable life assisting program. It is Voluntary, and has appealable results and a record. It needs: Health insurance credits and even the ability to attend emotionally rewarding facilitated social interaction groups. The review of the policies in China; described by Guy, here in this video, seem reasonable and worthwhile. Problem seems to be with the scale; and standardization; and turning half the globe into a functioning village. Maybe temporary trials?
The UN has civility standard. It also seems to be paranoid of AI! Xi Jinping should try hard to address the UN about any positive effects he has observed.
