I consider ChatGPT needs improvement. I was SA at the age of 13 and I started to ask Chat GPT several questions as if I was that 13 year old once again. I liked its responses but I also notified how it never shared a contact number for police or any other line to report this abuse, it also didnt ask if I was being harmed etc. I feel it should be more open to providing solutions and offering help from start but I guess it all comes down to what and how you ask things.
