I think using AutoPilot is not misleading, because other ICE vehicles have used this name before. For most people it implies it can keep up with traffic without stepping on the gas or brake. What is really misleading is the name Full Self Driving. Tesla needs to change this name. Some people are dumb enough to just see the name, but not read the disclaimer and instructions.
