AI actually expresses a reflection of human creativity and artistic intent though. It digests such on a mass scale and then expresses it into a single piece, like the human mind does. Everything in the AI art piece exists because conscious human minds first thought it up.
Once you realize this, viewing the AI art piece still retains a feeling of appreciating and commuting with consciousness. It’s just an indirect imprint of such. No one living person drew the piece, but the conscious intent of the history of humanity is still present within it like any other.
Somewhere down the line eventually arises the question “is AI actually a legitimate form of consciousness in-of-itself?” I don’t have a full answer to that yet, but I will suggest considering that many spiritualities believe all forms of energy are inherently conscious in their own ways.
