If companies are going to use Ai agents to get rid of employees in previous long term secure job roles and save they should be made have a Ai model that helps redeploy those impacted people internally or externally. Or perhaps a new tax on companies that disrupt 100+ jobs roles due to Ai on boarding which the impacted people can draw from while they are redeployed.
