Its not about getting rid of the worker. Its about squeezing every bit of value out of the worker for as little pay as possible. AI isnt a replacement, for most jobs, at most it will be like a "peripheral" assistant. So the attitude will be...this will maximize productivity. So more work for you, same or less pay
This arrangement is working pretty swell for those at the top. I dont think there is any desire to disturb it, just enhance it. Our jobs aint goin anywhere
