you saying "web designers and uber drivers are already working soloentrepreur or whatever" but these are the jobs that are being replaces rn. also you said "ai is never gonna be creative" yet artists are the first that are being replaced as we speak. and noone gives a damn shit. noone sees a value in a picture anymore when they can just generate it themselves.
the rating system is also not so cool if it applies to everyone all over sudden. not everyone is 5star ... some people are just mediocre or bad at everything but in a large company they are able to obtain a secure income, provide for their family and live in peace, even tho they arent the strongest worker.
