The first think we need to understand is that the way that AI will "help us" is by removing the mundane. The other thing we need to understand is that the action of robotics and AI will have a surplus outcome. This, when sold, needs to go to those that the AI/robot replaced consequently, the companies that take up the increase in automation, needs to pay for the things they have removed - that is, peoples jobs.
