The skill these AI idiots are cultivating is most-similar to a client, commissioning a real artist, and practicing over and over how to communicate what they want the art to look like most-effectively.
It's a skill in the same way that ordering a burger from a restaurant is a skill. You're not developing the actual creative skill, you're developing the ability to communicate your desired result of someone else's creative skill.
