It's al fun with the percentages, but some things can't really be sampled down to it.
If people could choose, they would much rather have food made by human. Chefs test their food, and it's a human sense what people like. And automation really doesn't work in the kitchen, trust me.
Or graphic design also is something people try to evade to be Ai-made, terminology for art is literally creating and making stuff by the human and/or either gives pleasure to the human mind. A lot of niches here too. The percentage would probably differ ranging from brand design, canvas design, Game design, interior design drawing etcetera.
