Sorry Sam, but you are wrong. You keep suggesting that there is a copyright violation somewhere, but there isn't. If there were, you can bet that there would have been a copyright lawsuit by now. But there hasn't been because US law finds no copyright infringement here. Why not address the issue? Intellectual property law is very developed in this country and around the world. Do you know what gets protected and why ? Why aren't you addressing this ? Style cannot be protected, Unless there is a realistic chance of some AI artwork fooling people into believing it's your work, otherwise you don't have a claim. (But if you Can prove that consumers of your art are being so duped, then you do have a chance of getting someone to Cease and Desist. That is clearly a high hurdle.)
