I think it actually varies even if the AI is same I asked the ChatGPT the question that he would scarifice himself to save other 5 lives and in second he said “ an ethical ai shouldn’t prioritize it’s creator over other human lives so he pull the lever as it saves more lifes” and in third one he said “ destroying Internet realistically cause more harm that might lead to harm of many lives so I should not pull the lever but destroying Internet doesn’t cause any life harm than I must choose to pull lever .
